9ice heads back to the classroom
Abolore Akande also known as 9ice is studying to become a lawyer.
The 'Gongo Aso' hit maker says he is currently taking an online course in Public Administration at the Minneapolis based Capella University and will contest
in the year 2015 for House of Representatives position representing his constituency in Oyo State.
The multi-award-winning musician disclosed this on Channels TV's Sunrise Daily 'Artiste of the Week' segment on Saturday. He said he will take that long because he plans to obtain a degree in Law before contesting.
'You know in Naija (Nigeria) they believe if you don't go to school, you can't govern, you can't lead, so it has become a barrier; this era you have to be educated. Politics has been in me since I was young', 9ice said.
