The 14 Brigade of the Nigerian Army says it has arrested illegal Military and Para military uniform dealers in Nsulu Market Aba, the commercial hub of Abia State .
Also found in their possession was 19,735.86 meters of United States Army camouflage, already sown Mobile Police and other Para-military agencies uniforms. Olabisi Olalekan Ayeni, a lieutenant and the Brigade's Public Relations Officer, told Cityfile that the bulk of the items, suspected to be sold to non-military personnel, were found in the warehouse of the major suspect (names withheld), who is a major dealer of clothing materials, located at number 9, Nwaigwe Street, Aba.
Ayeni revealed also that other materials were found in a retail shop owned by one Obi Augustine Uzegbu and another suspect, who is still at large. The duo are suspected to be agents to the suspected major distributor.
