Former Chelsea forward Gianfranco Zola has warned his former team that they are running out of time to turn around their dismal season.
A 3-1 first-leg defeat to Napoli in the Champions League last-16 made it five games without a win for Andre Villas-Boas' side and left them with an uphill task to qualify for the Champions league quarter finals.
Zola said: ''I think they will have to analyse what is going on and to sort it out quickly.''
