Ada Godspower, the latest colourist would be  showcasing his works spaning
accross three years at the Harmattan Galleria, Victoria Island, Lagos from 
March 29-April 8, 2008.
The exhibition, titled   "Rebirth"is organised by Kebana Consult and it
narrates the story of Ada’s  stylistic transformation between 2005 and 2008.
The exhibition comprise of  works on oil, acrylic and mixed media rendered in
abstract and representational forms. Ada’s ability to manipulate colours to
achieve desired effect makes his drawing and painting interesting and a
worthwhile activity.
The paintings on display  include   "Oba of Benin," "Unity in our diversity,"
"Faces of Nigerian women," "Market day 1" among  others.
Ebi Akpi, director Kebana Consult says the ten-day exhibition which will
feature about fifty paintings from Ada Godspower is for the dual purpose of 
promoting and projecting fresh creative innovations in contemporary painting.
