Stock Exchange admits IFC bond into daily official list

The Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) on 26th March 2013 admitted the International Finance Corporation (IFC) bond into its daily official list.

The World Bank’s private sector arm had last February issued N12 billion (about $75 million) of N1, 000 per unit of 10.2% Fixed Rate Senior Unsecured Notes due 2018.

Also last week, 740,000,000 ordinary shares of Guinea Insurance plc resultant shares from the Special Placing exercise conducted by the company were added to the outstanding shares on 28th March 2013.

Likewise, 329,197,001 ordinary shares of First City Monument Bank plc resultant shares from the acquisition of Fin Bank plc were added to the outstanding shares of the company on 28th March 2013
