The Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) has accredited Poise Nigeria, the premiere etiquette training firm in Nigeria, as the certified trainer for the banking and finance sector.

Poise Nigeria, which was given the certification at the Council Chambers of CIBN held on the 16th of February, 2018 and chaired by Segun AJibola, Institute chairman, was in recognition of its compliance with regulatory standards and outstanding best practices.

The certification came after the approval for accreditation was given by the Governing Council of the institute at the end of a recent evaluation exercise carried out by the CIBN. This was due to the fact that CIBN Governing Council is the sole accreditation agency under the competency framework for the nation’s Banking and Finance industry as put in place by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).

Presenting the certification, the institute commended the management of Poise Nigeria, led by Mavi Isibor, the founder, for the consistent efforts towards meeting high standards and thriving towards achieving world class training in the financial and banking sector as well as other sectors of the economy.

According to CIBN, the central purpose of the accreditation under the competency framework is to entrench quality assurance mechanism that would enable Poise Nigeria to provide the desired training service to banks and other financial institutions in Nigeria.

Recall that Poise Nigeria has since expanded her horizons covering not only personal and career development programmes, but also youth employment and entrepreneurship; teen development programmes; ICT and digital design skills through her subsidiaries known as Poise Graduate Finishing Academy and EkoBits.

With over 17 years of equipping individuals with performance enhancing skills to positively impact their organisations and the society in general, Poise Nigeria has become the preferred institute for delivering value in self-development and capacity building training for individuals and corporate entities.
