Nobel Carpet strategises for 2013
Lucky Fibres Plc. makers of office, household rugs and carpets Nobel Carpets, recently hosted a conference tagged “Nobel Carpet Distribution Summit” in Dubai. The Conference was aimed at presenting the brand’s marketing plan for the year to its major distributors, sharing the milestone achievement of the company over the years and also a strategy session on the corporate business projection into 2013.
The all-expense paid trip to Dubai for its 20 major distributors is an initiative aimed at engaging them in a more relaxed and serene environment where constructive views and ideas were discussed. All relevant stakeholders of the brand were present and were set to incorporate their actions plans derived from the summit into the company’s marketing plan for the year.
According to the National Sales Manager, Hemant Nahar the all-expense paid trip is also a way of expressing the company’s sincere appreciation to the distributors for their continued loyalty and esteemed partnership over the years.
“This partnership is responsible for the success of the brand as the preferred brand of carpets and rugs not only in Nigeria but in Sub-Sahara Africa,” Nahar said.
In an interview before the summit Nahar stated that the Summit meeting would involve a lot of brainstorming sessions in which all stakeholders of the brand would discuss ideas that can help promote the brand by adopting better strategies.
These strategies would then be imputed into the brands marketing plan for the year. He stated that with the quality of ideas that would be developed from the meeting, the brand would be able to achieve much more this year compared to previous years.
