Indonesian investors have called on Nigerians with good, growing and prospective brands to partner them to grow trade and investments in the country.
The Indonesian companies resident in Nigeria have their latest products in perfumes and body sprays, pharmaceutical products, body washes and creams, and manufacturing companies ready to support willing brands become outstanding in Nigeria’s beauty market.
Bagus Wicaksena, director, Indonesian Promotion Center (ITPC), Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia, said that the Republic of Indonesia is calling on Nigerians for partnership in diverse businesses.
Wicaksena, who said this at the just concluded West Africa Beauty exhibition at the Landmark Centre, Victoria Island, Lagos, said that the essence of ITPC in Nigeria is to ensure Indonesians trade in Nigeria with Nigerians.
According to him, this will provide them the opportunity of trading with Nigeria, adding that since its foundation in 2009, ITPC Lagos has been committed to promoting mutual prosperity between Nigeria and Indonesia by facilitating international commerce and investment.
Wicaksena said that the trading between the citizens of both countries will go a long way in encouraging international trade and also adding to the economic development of both countries.
“With a common goal to promote Indonesian export, ITPC Lagos sincerely facilitates and bridges both parties to enhance two-way trade engagements with future potential. Through our programmes, we hopefully can create more opportunities for Nigerian and Indonesian people to accelerate sustainable trade and investment growth.
“Along with three other Beauty and cosmetic Products manufacturing companies: INCOS Ltd; Malidas Sterilindo PT Irawan Djaja Agung; and Tirta Ayu Spa, ITPC have lots of products of different kinds that suit the Nigerian beauty market. They are showcasing their products and also educating Nigerians about the products in the three-day free-to attend exhibition.”
