Let’s meet Subomi Archibong, the CEO of Colorteam:
My name is Subomi Archibong. I am from Cross-River state Nigeria. From a family of three, where I am the last child. I grew up in Lagos, spending a better part of my life in the Yaba area of Lagos. Still in Yaba, in 2014, I finished from the prestigious University of Lagos, Akoka, where I studied Architecture.
After this, I packed my bags, dusted my passport and off I went on my journey around the world, 23 countries, where I discovered my life goal and passion that drives me until this very moment.
My voyage started in the East African beauty of Kenya, where I started working with AIESEC in the national office as a Marketing Director. At this point was when I developed a strong affinity for Marketing, Branding and the likes.
I went on to explore the same horizons in different East African countries, trying to compare and contrast the realities and on top of that learn more.
After that I went to Europe, Poland, my second home and where my heart lives. I completely fell in love with everything about this country, I learnt a lot from the people, their culture and definitely their work ethics. This was where my life goal was discovered.
On the 21st of February 2017, I knew exactly what I needed to do in life to remain happy for the rest of my days, so I jumped on a plane back home and few months later I started Colorteam with a few friends of mine from around the world.
